Electrical protective equipment test systems SVS-50M (SVS-100M)

The CBC stands of the M series are designed for testing dielectric personal protective equipment, as well as hand tools and devices with electrical insulation. Tests are carried out with increased alternating voltage (SVS-50M: AC ≤ 50 kV; SVS-100M: AC ≤ 100 kV) at industrial frequency (f = 50 Hz). UNIVERSALITY The CBC stands of the M series are supplied with a set of accessories that allow testing a wide range of objects: ✓ dielectric gloves, boots and galoshes; ✓ hand tools with insulation; ✓ voltage indicators; ✓ bit rods; ✓ dielectric carpets. SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT CONTROL - Four preset output voltage levels. - The test duration is set and controlled by a built-in timer. - The leakage current is displayed on digital indicators throughout the test cycle. - The breakdown is accompanied by the switching on of the corresponding indicator light on the control panel, as well as the automatic shutdown of the high-voltage circuit. SEPARATE LAYOUT The stand is made in the form of separate modules: control and high voltage supply units, as well as a test bath. The control of the test process is carried out from a control unit located at a safe distance from the high voltage source to which the bath with the test objects is connected. This solution increases operator safety. SAFETY The SVS-M stands provide the following means of ensuring and multilevel security control. ✓ Overcurrent protection. ✓ Breaker on high-voltage terminal. ✓ Protective grounding. ✓ Fuses. ✓ System for monitoring the pressure and temperature of SF6 gas in the high voltage unit (s). ✓ Emergency shutdown button.
